Pandas

Pandas and China

Update:

Pandas are back. Provided they are real Pandas? Hopefully this means that Taiwan is safe...for now anyway. At least we can be fairly certain that targets in the US are safe...unless they are willing to sacrifice some Pandas?

Have you noticed that China is bringing their Pandas home?

Have you wondered why or are you even aware?

I am and I have.

Let's just get right to it.

I have come to the conclusion that China is bringing the Pandas home because it is a precursor to an invasion of Taiwan. If they, China, invades Taiwan the U.S. and other countries that have the Pandas could hold them hostage. The Pandas are "sacred" in China. I believe it would be unforgivable for the powers that be to put them in jeopardy.

The U.S. had their Pandas in Washington, San Diego,  Atlanta and Memphis.

SD and DC are both good Zoo's but they are also strategic targets.

Coincidence that Pandas are, or rather - were - there? Maybe!

China says it may, once again, loan a Panda to SD? Seeing is believing.

Is this faulty logic like:

Cows eat grass

Grass is green

Cows are green

China took back all their Pandas

China said they may send Pandas back to the U.S.

China will not invade Taiwan?

I never saw a green cow.

I hope China doesn't invade Taiwan.

But I can tell you I would feel a whole lot better to see a Panda in SD and/or DC.

I don't see China, at this point in time, as being either patient or forgiving.

Taiwan is a thorn in their side. An embarrassment really.

They have not forgiven or forgotten what Japan did to them.

One of these days, pow, right in the kisser.

Well, China says they are sending 2 Pandas to San Diego? We shall see.

Pandas sent. I guess SD can rest a little easier. Unless...what if they are not real Pandas?

I mean if they can fool the Chinese people by painting 2 dogs?
