Tinnitus

I  have Tinnitus that manifests itself as a high pitched noise. I cannot  say what caused it but 2 things happened before it started.

1. I mistakenly took a high dose of aspirin. I read somewhere that can cause it.

2.  I hit my head pretty hard. As a result of the hit which I believe  caused a mild concussion, I experienced several things which not one  doctor believed. I mention this because that caused me stress.

I  mention the stress because recently I have noticed that if I am  stressed, and who isn't lately, I realize that I am clenching my jaw. I  also noticed that when I clench my jaw the Tinnitus gets louder. If I  consciously relax my jaw, the Tinnitus gets quieter? Not right away but  over time. There are lots of causes of Tinnitus and this may only work  for me because of the cause of my Tinnitus but I thought I would just  pass it on.

Interesting thing  happened recently, I took a 5000IU vitamin D after dinner and the next  morning my Tinnitus was barely noticeable? Could have been something  else but...? I will continue to research...

Warning...taking  5000IU of vitamin D is not wise, The recommended amount is way, way  lower. I don't remember what it is but...wow...it ain't 5000. I don't  even know why they sell it. I had not checked but I figured if they have  it on the shelf for sale it must be OK? Right? According to the info I  found...that is a no, no!!!!!!!
